At RUSA RUCKUS, all products are made to order through third-party production partners. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or accidental purchases.


Please ensure all sizing, shipping details, and order information are correct before completing your purchase.


Faulty or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives:

- Defective


Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:


- Your order number

- Photos of the issue

- A brief description of the problem


If approved, we may offer:


- A replacement item

- Store credit

- A refund where required under Australian Consumer Law


Non-Refundable Situations


We are not responsible for:


- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

- Delayed shipping by third-party carriers

- Lost or stolen parcels after dispatch

- Minor print placement or colour variations
